So many uses. Where to begin? Ginger increases circulation and is thus warming and invigorating. It quells pain, inflammation, and nausea. It tastes awesome in Thai, Chinese, and Indian food to name a few. It is used to support respiratory health, induce sweating, as an antiseptic, and yes, it too has aphrodisiac qualities.
